Faulk

Hayden-McNeil recognizes Teresa Stegall-Faulk, Matthew Klukowski, William Stewart, and Vincent Cobb at Middle Tennessee State University!

Teresa and team are new Hayden-McNeil authors for fall 2009.  They worked with us to assemble their first custom Human Anatomy & Physiology Lab Manual & Atlas.  Hayden-McNeil was able to offer the authors an attractive array of design options including random color printing, extensive illustration work, and a professional typeset design to showcase hundreds of anatomy and physiology images.  We worked closely with the authors to develop full color anatomy images that included numerous details and accurate anatomy labels.  Hayden-McNeil looks forward to working with the authors on many future editions of the Biology 2011/2021 Laboratory Manual and Atlas!

Thank you Teresa, Matthew, William and Vincent for partnering with Hayden-McNeil!

Wojahn_F10

Hayden-McNeil recognizes Patti Wojahn and her dynamic team of Seth Myers, Marc Scott, and Rachel Milloy at New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, NM!

Patti, and her team, publishes the Paideia 13 for students taking English 111.  This course helps students create a better understanding of how rhetoric works in texts that are written and texts that are read.
Their edition is typeset along with a 7" x 10" finished size, and illustration work to enhance the book's instructional functionality.  This group's commitment to the department and their students has led to a distinguished edition for 2010/2011.

Thank you choosing Hayden-McNeil, Patti, Marc, Seth, and Rachel!

Wilks

Hayden-McNeil Publishing recognizes Jill Wilks, Southern Utah University!

Jill Wilks joined Hayden-McNeil in Fall 2009 to publish Your Expanding Intelligence.  Jill is committed to providing the best first-year experience instruction to her students.  The core of her work is centered on helping each person establish baseline habits of individual learning and thinking and to use these habits to seek unique and positive solutions. Jill worked with our designers to create a cover for her workbook that would immediately draw you into how our minds learn and think.  For her text, Jill chose to work in our typesetting track and collaborated with our designers to create a visually pleasing layout that would organize the different sections of her workbook for clarity and efficient use.  Jill also asked our illustration team to improve her imagery as part of the updated design.  Her new edition includes student exercises and self-tests to reinforce the concepts presented in each chapter.

Thank you, Jill, for partnering with Hayden-McNeil!

Binghamb

Hayden-McNeil recognizes Rebecca Roberts and Beau Bingham at the University of Wyoming!

Rebecca and Beau joined our team during the fall 2009 production season. Their Speaking Out: A Public Speaking Workbook came to us as a camera-ready text in need of an overhaul. The brand-new typeset edition features a custom single column template, as well as color slip sheets to call out important sections for the students.

Thank you, Rebecca and Beau, for working with Hayden-McNeil!

Mitchell

Hayden-McNeil recognizes Dr. Joseph Moxley, Taylor Mitchell, and team at the University of South Florida!

Artifacts
is the new English Composition reader for the University of South Florida’s well-respected First Year Composition program. Dr. Joseph Moxley, Taylor Mitchell and their team worked closely with us to develop their first custom reader. The typeset text features the particulars of their program, lessons on the writing process, a selection of readings from various sources, and many student writing samples with instruction on the MLA process. A unique feature of this text is the appendix section containing their annual Bullitzer Prize readings. This section highlights the best student writings from the previous year and is a wonderful addition to their program.

Thank you Dr. Moxley, Taylor and the ENC 1101 editors for partnering with Hayden-McNeil!

Sewell

Hayden-McNeil recognizes Mary Sewell and Barbara Michaelides at the University of Louisiana at Monroe!

Mary and Barbara were brand new authors for the fall 2009 production season. They had used a nationally adopted text in the past, and were looking to write their own materials. Their eye-catching It’s All About US: University Seminar book features a full-color, one-column template (showcasing their school colors as well as lots of photos from the University) with various student and instructor “tips” highlighted throughout the margins.

Thank you, Mary Sewell and Barbara Michaelides, for working with Hayden-McNeil!
